Dawn Handley has been a Pinellas County resident for more than 40 years. She recently retired from Pinellas County Schools after 15 years as the employee wellness coordinator. Also, operates a family-owned business in Safety Harbor for more than 30 years. President of a local nonprofit: Speak Up: Let’s Talk About Mental Health that works to remove the stigma of mental illness as well as provide education and resources to our community. Has a passion for working with youth to help them become strong, mentally healthy adults.
