Family Support
The Center offers wraparound assistance and resources that help break the cycle of poverty and stabilize families and children. Working one-on-one with families and individuals, our staff addresses immediate needs; health and mental health concerns; prevention services; job readiness and financial literacy. The staff matches the best resources and benefits available to address those needs.

The Center helps families and children that reside in Safety Harbor, Clearwater and Oldsmar.
Food Stamps & Medicaid
The Center staff will help individuals and families apply for food stamp and Medicaid assistance through ACCESS Florida.
Utility Assistance
Limited financial assistance is available for water and electric bills and only available to residents of Safety Harbor and Oldsmar (zip codes 34695 and 34677). All bills must be in “overdue” status. Clients must bring a photo ID and proof of residency, e.g., utility bill and can only receive assistance once per year. Assistance is by appointment only and dependent on funding.
