The Center offers wraparound assistance and resources that help break the cycle of poverty and stabilize families and children. Working one-on-one with families and individuals, our staff addresses immediate needs; health and mental health concerns; prevention services; job readiness and financial literacy. The staff matches the best resources and benefits available to address those needs.

Communities Served
The Center helps people that live in Safety Harbor, Oldsmar and eastern Clearwater within the following zip codes: 34695, 34677, 33759, and 33761.
Food Stamps & Medicaid
The Center staff will help individuals and families apply for food stamp and Medicaid assistance through ACCESS Florida.
Utility Assistance
Limited financial assistance is available for water and electric bills and only available to residents of Safety Harbor and Oldsmar (zip codes 34695 and 34677). All bills must be in “overdue” status. Clients must bring a photo ID and proof of residency, e.g., utility bill and can only receive assistance once per year. Assistance is by appointment only and dependent on funding. Please call to determine eligibility.
Clothing Closet
As of March 2024, donations and access to the Clothing Closet are paused as we begin the construction phase of our building expansion at 1003 Dr. MLK Jr. St. N. May we suggest you take your donations to the Holy Spirit Episcopal Church at 601 Philippe Parkway, Safety Harbor.
