Charlotte “Charrie” Hazard Moscardini is an award-winning investigative reporter and a former editorial board member of the Tampa Bay Times. She has taught expository and creative writing at the University of South Florida and the University of Tampa and currently teaches applied ethics at St. Petersburg College.

She is also an award-winning novelist and essayist. For four years, she served as the public relations and community development specialist for the Mattie Williams Center. Charrie has a B.A. in history from The College of William and Mary, and an M.A. in English literature from the University of South Florida.
