Janet has 35 years of Human Resources, learning, and management development experience, with 25 years in a senior leadership capacity. Till earned senior-level certifications in Human Resources; Leadership and Development; and Training and is a Certified Financial Counselor.

She graduated from Centenary College with a major in business and fashion merchandising.

She retired 5 years ago after serving as Chief People Officer and an Executive Leadership Team member for Achieva Credit Union.
