Elaine Hawkins

Director

Elaine Hawkins is a lifetime resident of Pinellas County. She retired after 37 years as a teacher on the elementary level from the Pinellas County School System. She has been an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Safety Harbor for many years, serving as club president for two years, and is currently serving in her eighth year as a member of their board. She is passionate about helping students to become leaders within their school and their broader community.

Lifting up students, schools, families, and teachers remains big part of her commitment to her community and to the Mattie Williams Neighborhood Family Center.
